When stock is available you can Click & Collect or Order & Pickup your paid order from our warehouse within the same day during working hours: Mondays to Fridays 9am-5pm. Payment can be made via internet banking to our bank account as follows:

We can deliver to suburbs that is within 30 minutes’ drive from our warehouse for a delivery fee of $50.

Any suburb in Victoria that is more than 30 minutes’ drive from our warehouse address will be advised of the delivery fee upon request. Your order must be fully paid to the above bank account before delivery. Orders will be delivered in 3-7 working days when stock is available.

Currently, our delivery service does not cover New South Wales, Queensland, Northern Territory, Western Australia, South Australia, Regional Victoria, Tasmania. However, you could make your own interstate delivery arrangement to pick up the goods from our warehouse.

Orders can be delivered in 3-7 working days when stock is available and payment received. [Delivery]

Once we receive a notification of your order we will check if stock is available. Then we will call or email you to inform you of the possible date of collection or delivery of your order. After your payment is received, we will arrange for the goods to leave our warehouse.

You will get an invoice/receipt for your purchase order.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Please send us an image of the payment made via email or SMS and we will arrange for your order to be collected or delivered. You will receive an invoice/receipt with your order.

We check that the packaging is not damaged when they arrive from the manufacturers and before we release it to our customers. We advise customers to check the outside of the packaging box to see if there is any damage before receiving your order. Do not open the packaging box if you see damage on the box; call and inform us immediately at 0478 681 268.

If the order is wrong, we will change it.

If the order is not working, it is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. 

Returns & Refunds & Cancellations
1 Be sure of the air conditioners you need before confirming your order. If in doubt on the correct capacity of the air conditioning units for your requirements, please contact us for advice.
2 Subjected to clause 3, 10 day returns are offered on air conditioners (excluding installations) sold on our website.
3 Provided you return the air conditioners within 10 days from the date of purchase and the air conditioners are in its original conditions and unopened, and with its original receipt/tax invoice, you will receive a refund less 15% for restocking fee.
4 We do not offer returns and refunds on the air conditioners that cannot be resold or opened.
5 You may cancel an order at any time prior to dispatch of the air conditioners. Cancellations will incur a 5% administration fee.
